Hi!
Provided everything goes according to plan, Davy, Micky, Mike and Peter will be having a four week holiday around Christmas. Nothing is definitely decided yet because they have still got a heck of a lot of work to finish. Don’t forget that the Monkees have not only got to do all the normal recording and touring but they also have to film their television show. And just one of these takes the same length of time to make as a normal L.P.
So long as everything goes O.K. the boys plan to take a rest, catch up on some sleep—they always have to get up very early when they’re working—and generally have a marvellous get-away-from-it-all time. Mike Nesmith plans to stay home with his wife and two children and Davy says he’s going to fly over to England to see his family and friends.
New pictures of the boys are very rare these days, but the Monkees Monthly, of course, always gets the latest and best. In this issue you can see some more exclusive shots of Micky’s new hair style and we’ve also got loads of pics of the boys taken when they were filming scenes for a new episode of their show on a boat—they certainly get around!
