Info Davy’s hair is wet because for the kind of haircut he gets (a scissors cut) his hair is much easier to cut when it’s moist. 
Info Davy’s sideburns are trimmed every week. Here, Manny makes sure that they’re exactly the way the Jones boy likes them.
