Slowly, slowly, they—trip along from pix to pix and see for yourself!
The very first visitors invited by the Monkees themselves to do a guest interview on their TV show were Gene Cornish and Dino Danelli of the Rascals. (Unfortunately, Eddie and Felix were not available, as they were over-dubbing some of the bands on the Rascals’ new LP). What have we here? A magic piece of paper? Watch out Davy, it might explode! Whoosh—abracadabra! Our genies are about to reveal their great secret! Why, I do believe it’s the album cover for the Rascals’ new Atlantic LP, Once Upon A Dream! Gene explains that the back cover symbolically represents the Rascals’ “future”. Davy listens while Dino explains that the front cover represents the Rascals “today”. Dino, who designed the cover, looks pleased about the whole thing. Stay tuned to the Monkees show, so you won’t miss this fabulous trio!
