Two of your grooviest faves ever, Davy Jones and Jon Provost, dig some of the same outasite interests, namely motorcycles and pool shooting. Jon had been wanting to get together with Monkee Davy for a long time and talk “shop”. So Davy said, “C’mon over for the afternoon and we’ll goof around”. Quick as a flash Jon took him up on the invitation.
They spent several hours talking about wheels and engines. Then they went into Davy’s game room and got into a friendly competition with the cue sticks. By the end of the day they’d become such super-fab friends that Davy asked Jon back for more goof stuff.
