You won’t be sorry you’re a Monkee fan when you find out some of the groovy adventures they have planned for this year.
First of all there’ll be more Monkee records than ever before and the songs, many of which the Monkees wrote themselves, are so wild and outasite that you’ll put them on your all-time hit list. Then there’s the full-length movie coming up which will probably go into full-scale production this spring just as soon as the Monkees finish their TV series for the year.
Privately each Monkee is making his own special plans. Davy decided against buying a beautiful ranch type home in the Malibu Hills, but he hasn’t given up the idea of a huge estate where he can keep horses. This would make Davy feel much more at home. Peter is continuing his serious studies of philosophy; Mike is eagerly awaiting his second child, and Micky, as usual, is busy with a hundred different projects… all creative.
