All of these—and more—are waiting for some lucky 16-ers. Look to the right and see if your dream came true!

What is Dreamsville? Chickadee, Dreamsville is that place way up yonder where dreams come true like they were never fulfilled before—and the pure ecstasy might just flip you out and onto a cloud so high you may never make it back to mother earth again!

If you’re ready to make the trip, hang on—and heed this! Write a letter—a simple, easy, one-page letter—to 16 Magazine telling exactly what special delight you are longing to get from your very favorite teen star. If we possibly can (and be assured: 16 stops at nothing!), we’ll see that you get exactly what you dreamed about!

Hard to believe? Well, then, just take a look at the facing page. Each girl whose name and home town is printed there is a 16 reader who made a wish, dreamed a dream or yearned for something very special—and got it when 16 hauled her aboard our jet express to Dreamsville.

You can wing off to Dreamsville just as easily! Just write a short letter (on one side of the sheet only!) telling what you would dearly love to have. Could be a personal phone call—or a personal letter—from your favorite star. Could be a personal keepsake from your dream guy. Could be a pin-up portrait personally autographed by your grooviest group. Could be a whole set of recordings from the top of the charts. Could be any number of delicious things. It’s your request—so you name it. Jot it down on a sheet of paper and mail it to the address below:

“Dreamsville”
16 Magazine
Box 218
Brooklyn, N.Y. 11202

After you’ve mailed your letter, don’t fail to get every issue of 16 Magazine and watch the Dreamsville answers page—because that’s where you’ll see the glorious news that everything you wished for, dreamed of, longed for has come true!

Those mad Monkees made July a very special month for several lucky 16-ers in the New York City area by giving away 12 free tickets to their outasite concert in Forest Hills. ZENAIDA PEREZ of the Bronx won two tickets from Davy. LIBBIE HULL of Mountain Lakes, N.J., won four tickets from Micky. HELENE BLECKER of the Bronx won two tickets from Peter, and ROBBIE BEECHER of Manhattan won four tickets from Mike. There is a big celebration party going on in the Monkee section of Dreamsville this month—but there’s always room for YOU!

JAN NOORDA of Salt Lake City, Utah, is still flipping up on Cloud 9, thanks to Mark Lindsay. JAN has been an honest-to-goodness Lindsay-luvver for years and wrote to Dreamsville for “anything at all” from her fave pop star. Mark took time out of his busy summer schedule to send JAN a personally autographed picture, a hand-written note and a soopa-surprise gift that he picked just for her. Stop turnin’ cartwheels, JAN—you’re making us dizzy!

ZSA ZSA BANLOS of Detroit, Mich., has been an all-out Beatle fanatic for five years. Her personal fave is Paul McCartney and she has been trying all this time to get a souvenir from him. ZSA ZSA should have written to Dreamsville before—cos Dreamsville never fails! A gigantic, personally autographed picture of Paul and a sterling silver Beatle medallion are on the way! Better find a new dream, ZSA ZSA!

ANITA DEAN of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, has gone “ape” for dashing Dino Danelli of the Rascals. ANITA wanted to know all about him, so Dreamsville arranged a personal phone call from Dino himself! He answered all her questions, sent her a personally autographed picture of the Rascals and a complete set of the groovy Rascals’ Atlantic LPs. Dreamsville goes all out for YOU!

MARCIA TAWSHUNSKY of Rego Park, N.Y., is sporting a smile a yard wide. MARCIA received a first-class ticket to Dreamsville from her favorite RaiderFreddy Weller. Freddy sent MARCIA a personally autographed picture, a copy of the new Columbia Raider LP, Revolution, and a full year’s free subscription to his favorite magazine, 16!

Billy Hinsche of Dino, Desi and Billy answered the Dreamsville wish of LESLEY JOUL of Austin, Minn. Billy called LESLEY person-to-person and had a talk with her about everything from Mary Quant to Yoga! Just to make sure LESLEY didn’t think it was all a dream, he sent along a personally autographed picture and a copy of the Reprise LP, Memories Are Made Of This, which completes her DD&B record collection. Who says dreams don’t come true? They do in Dreamsville!
