A TeenSet exclusive!
About two years ago photographer Gene Trindl was commissioned to photograph a young man then signed to Colpix Records. Gene Trindl photographed said young man, was duly paid, and promptly forgot about the whole thing. Until recently.
Recently, it seems, Gene has been photographing this same young man—often—but not for Colpix Records. Since Gene is an enterprising (not to mention greedy) photographer, he suggested to TeenSet’s enterprising (not to mention greedy) editor that she purchase those old left-over photos of the Early Davy Jones. She suggested that Gene give her the photos. They argued a lot. Gene won.
So here they are, never-before-seen-pix! (As fan magazines are wont to say.) And maybe never again, if Mr. Jones has much to say about it!
