Info Can you dig these beautiful boys all in white. This is a scene in which the East Indian meditation bit is up for some fun. With the exception of Peter, none of the Monkees has closely followed the science of meditation in their private lives. 
Info Peter’s fair lady in this scene has the initials D.J. If you can’t guess who it is, you’d better read over some past issues of Monkee Spectacular, Nope, it’s not Davy’s sister. Peter doesn’t seem too pleased with the whole idea, does he? 
Info Director Bob Rafelson clowns it up with Peter in his clown makeup. Rafelson, together with Bert Schneider, was responsible for developing the Monkees’ TV show. 
Info [Above], this wild sequence shows Davy, Mike and Micky strapped to a revolving pulley. 
Info Prisoners four! Micky, Peter, and Mike are chained to a wall in a dungeon. The film will try for some comic fright in some sequences. 
Info Underwater sequences were filmed in a large tank at the studio. Above, you see Davy going down for the first time. That’s Micky at his side in the white shirt. Every day the boys had a new stunt to perform. 
Info Davy the sheik! In one sequence of the film, Davy portrays an Arab sheik! Wow! That’s just the way his fans want him to look. Handsome! 
Info Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest? Peter Tork, of course! The movie gives Peter his best chance to date for some real comedy.

Info Stand-ins for film are left to right: Ric Klein, David Pearl, Bruce Barbour, and David Price. They stand-in for Micky, Peter, Mike, and Davy, in that order. This shot was taken on location down in Palm Springs. 
Info Locked-in! Davy gets locked in a washroom in one scene in the film. In other, all the Monkees become tiny people and are trapped in a huge box.
