If you think Peter Tork is the only talented member of the Thorkelson family, take a look at the drawings scatted over these pages—and published here for the first time anywhere in the world. They were accomplished by the fertile imagination and fluent fingers of Peter’s younger brother, Nick, who just couldn’t resist putting his observations on paper while the four zany lads you have come to love so much were cutting up and relaxing all around him. Of course, the Monkees didn’t know what Nick was up to, and so they were completely natural and at ease while his great interpretations were taking shape. Here you see the guys through the eyes of an artist who knows them well.
