It’s an experience everyone should have at least once! When Davy, Micky, Mike, and Peter get ready for a concert, things really move. There’s action everywhere. Mike’s quiet, worrying about whether the equipment will work; Peter’s nervous, turning over in his mind the lyrics to a song once more; Micky’s joking, but all the same he’s serious. He couldn’t stand to do a bad show. Davy’s laughing and talking while he puts on the finishing touches to his appearance. He’s been through thousands of backstage moments and he loves every minute of them.
To the Monkees each concert is a completely new and exciting experience. They wonder what the audience will be like and which numbers will be received the best. Whenever the Monkees appear in concert they make sure there’s something just a little different included in each show. Sometimes they don’t even know what it will be before showtime. But once on stage the four can cook up some outasite stunts.
